Tasting Notes
More than twelve months resting in ex-bourbon American oak gives our Añejo its depth: chocolate and baking spice up front, a long warm middle, and a finish that stays delicate rather than heavy.
This is the bottle you open when the night has earned it, and the one that quietly ends the argument about whether tequila belongs in a snifter.

How to Serve
Neat, at room temperature, in whatever glass you would give a good whiskey.
Pour it into
Nothing, ideally. Añejo is built for sipping neat. If you do want it in a glass with other things, it makes a deeper Mexican Style Old Fashioned in place of the Reposado.
