By using the Site, you agree to this Policy.
1. Age Requirement
The Site is intended only for individuals 21 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have collected information from a person under 21, we will delete it. If you believe someone under 21 has provided us information, contact us at orders@denadatequila.com.

Information you provide: name, email address, postal and delivery address, phone number, date of birth or age attestation, payment information (processed by our payment and commerce providers; we do not store full card numbers), order history, communications with us, survey and promotion entries, and any content you submit or share with us, including via social media.
Information collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, search terms used on the Site, approximate location (such as country and state, including to determine where alcohol can lawfully be shipped), and interactions with our emails, collected via cookies, pixels, log files, and similar technologies.
Information from third parties: our commerce, fulfillment, and delivery partners (including licensed retailers that fulfill orders), payment processors, analytics providers, advertising partners, and social media platforms when you interact with our accounts or content.
3. How We Use Information
- Processing, fulfilling, shipping, and providing customer service for orders, including verifying age and lawful delivery jurisdiction;
- Operating, maintaining, securing, and improving the Site and our products;
- Sending transactional messages (order confirmations, shipping updates) and, with your consent or as permitted by law, marketing communications such as newsletters, recipes, and event invitations, from which you may opt out at any time;
- Personalizing your experience and measuring the performance of our marketing;

- Fulfillment and commerce partners: licensed retailers that accept and ship your order, our importer and compliance partners, payment processors, and e-commerce platform providers, as needed to complete transactions;
- Service providers: vendors that provide website hosting, email delivery, analytics, advertising, customer support, and similar services under contractual confidentiality obligations;
- Marketing partners: with your consent, affiliates and business partners with whom we have joint marketing arrangements;

You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf. If we decline a request, you may appeal by replying to our response.

We retain personal information for as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, including satisfying legal, regulatory, tax, accounting, and alcohol-licensing recordkeeping requirements, resolving disputes, and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary by data type and legal obligation.

We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information, and payment card transmissions are encrypted by our commerce providers. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

The Site links to third-party websites, including our online store, social media platforms, and other resources. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we encourage you to read their policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
